William Afong | Founder/President
William is the founder of iHOUSEweb and, through his experience operating his own real estate and mortgage brokerage businesses, has created several businesses supporting the real estate industry under the iHOUSEweb, Inc. umbrella. These businesses all share a focus on leveraging technology to keep up with the needs of REALTORS®. William studied engineering at University of California, Berkeley.

Eric Lefler | Founder/Chief Technology Officer
A co-founder of iHOUSEweb, Eric serves as the lead technical architect for all products. In the early days of the Internet, Eric built web-based research tools for the University of California. He teamed up with William in 1999 to create iHOUSEweb. Eric studied computer science and engineering at the University of California, Davis.

Paul Sheng | Chief Executive Officer
Paul joined iHOUSEweb, Inc. in 2005. Previously, he was a partner at Bain & Company, an international strategy consulting firm, where he was a co-founder of the private equity group. Earlier in his career he worked at McKinsey & Company, in Hong Kong, helping multi-nationals develop growth strategies in the region. Paul has a BA, MA from Oxford University and an MBA from Stanford University.

Customer Services

Alan Aldrich | Information Technology
Alan manages the IT team that ensures all iHOUSEweb applications are fully functional and reliable. His duties include managing our server, desktop, telecommunication, and network architecture. Alan has 30 years of experience, and has managed Engineering Support, IT Infrastructure and Support, Customer Support and Production teams with an excellent record of implementing quality infrastructure and highly reliable systems and networks.

Scott Moneybrake | Sales
Scott manages all of the iHOUSEweb Sales activities. He received a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Prior to joining iHOUSEweb, Scott worked for several years in sales as a Senior Loan Officer in the financial services industry and for five years as a Title/Escrow Officer.

Jamie Cuaresma | Customer Service
A long time iHOUSEweb employee, Jamie oversees all aspects of Customer Service at iHOUSEweb. Prior to joining iHOUSEweb in 1999, Jamie worked in account management in the financial and insurance industries. Jamie studied English at California State University, Hayward.

Dimitri Horaites and Robert Warner | Marketing
Dimitri and Robert handle all marketing initiatives at iHOUSEweb, and have many years of experience in the new world of on-line marketing. Dimitri has a BA in International Relations from the University of California, Davis. Robert is our resident expert in email and on-line marketing and studied Computer Science at Sierra College.
