William Afong | Founder/President
William is the founder of iHOUSE Web Solutions and, through his experience operating his own real estate and mortgage brokerage businesses, has created several businesses supporting the real estate industry under the iHOUSEweb, Inc. umbrella. These businesses all share a focus on leveraging technology to keep up with the needs of REALTORS®. William studied engineering at University of California, Berkeley.
Eric Lefler | Founder/Chief Technology Officer
A co-founder of iHOUSE Web Solutions, Eric continues to serve as the lead technical architect for all products. During the early days of the Internet, Eric built web-based research tools for the University of California. During the 1990s, he created and managed web sites in a number of different industries, finally joining with William in the late 1990s to create iHOUSE® real estate websites. Eric studied computer science and engineering at the University of California, Davis.
Paul Sheng | Chief Executive Officer
Paul joined iHOUSEweb, Inc. in 2005. Previously, he was a partner at Bain & Company, an international strategy consulting firm, where he was a co-founder of the private equity group. Earlier in his career he worked at McKinsey & Company, in Hong Kong, helping multi-nationals develop growth strategies in the region. Paul has a BA, MA from Oxford University and an MBA from Stanford University.
Customer Services
Alan Aldrich | Information Technology
Alan manages the IT team that ensures all iHOUSE applications are fully functional and reliable. His duties include managing our server, desktop, telecommunication, and network architecture. Alan has 30 years of experience, and has managed Engineering Support, IT Infrastructure and Support, Customer Support and Production teams with an excellent record of implementing quality infrastructure and highly reliable systems and networks.
Daniel Allison | Sales
Daniel manages all of the iHOUSE Web Solutions Sales activities. He received a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Management from California State University, Sacramento. Daniel has 5 years of experience in Sales and most recently worked as a Sales Manager in the financial services industry.
Jamie Cuaresma | Customer Service
A long time iHOUSE employee, Jamie oversees all aspects of Customer Service at iHOUSE Web Solutions. Prior to joining iHOUSE in 1999, Jamie worked in account management in the financial and insurance industries. Jamie studied English at California State University, Hayward.
Lisa Fasana and Dimitri Horaites | Marketing
Lisa and Dimitri handle all on-line and off-line marketing initiatives at iHOUSE Web Solutions, and have many years of experience in the new world of on-line marketing. Both are graduates of the University of California, Davis. Dimitri graduated with a B.A. in International Relations and Lisa graduated with B.A.s in Economics and Psychology.
