1: How do affiliate programs work?
We offer two ways to earn money from our program: leads and sales

When a visitor to your site clicks through our link and takes a free test drive of one of our products, then that person is now considered a lead. Our payouts for leads are tiered and are based on monthly activity. Each month we will pay:
- 1-24 Leads/Month – $1.00/lead
- 25-49 Leads/Month – $5.00/lead
- 50+ Leads/Month – $10.00/lead

When a visitor to your site clicks through our links and purchases one of our products, you will receive a commission based on the sale. Our commissions are as follows:
- iHOUSE Websites – $50
- IDXPro MLS Search – $40
- ConnecTel 1-800 Hotlines – $30
- MarketReach E-mail Marketing – $20
- Spotlight Single Property Websites – $20
2: Does it cost me anything to become an iHOUSE affiliate?
No! It's absolutely free to join. Plus, there is no minimum sales requirement and you can cancel at any time.
3: How do I sign up to be an iHOUSE affiliate?
Just click the Sign Up Now link on our affiliate program overview page. That button will take you through a sign up process hosted by Commission Junction, a leading affiliate program management company. Once you've submitted your application to join, we will contact you via e-mail to let you know if your application is approved. To become an iHOUSE affiliate, you will also be joining Commission Junction's Affiliate Network, if you are not already a member. Joining the Commission Junction Network is completely FREE as well.
4: Do I need a website to be an affiliate? Can I still be an affiliate if I operate more than one web site?
For the program to work as designed, yes, a web presence is necessary. If your customers are involved in real estate, but you do not currently have a web presence, contact us via e-mail to discuss your options. You can have multiple sites as an affiliate. You will have one Affiliate account with us that will cover all of your sites. You can track the progress of each of your sites and be paid with only one commission check through Commission Junction.
5: Can anyone become an iHOUSE affiliate?
Our products are designed for real estate professionals. All websites that may attract real estate professionals as visitors and customers will likely qualify for participation in our program. Anyone may submit an application, but we reserve the right to refuse membership to a site or revoke a membership at any time at our discretion.
iHOUSE Affiliate Candidates:

- Organizations offering marketing or technical services to agents, brokers, or other real estate companies
- Real estate experts, educators, advisors, and coaches
- Real estate magazine, newsletter and website publishers
- Classified advertising resources
- Real estate-focused online communities and bloggers
6: How will you know that the test drives or sign-ups came from my site?
All iHOUSE links that you add to your site contain a unique identification code utilizing Cookies. Every time a user comes to our website via these links placed on your website, you receive credit when certain actions are completed. This is made possible with the unique links created through a tag generator hosted on Commission Junction.
7: How do I create the required links?
We work with Commission Junction to generate the HTML coding for you to simply add the graphic buttons, banners, or text ad links onto your web site. It’s so easy – anyone can do it in seconds.
8: How do I know how much I’ve earned?
Through the Commission Junction interface, you can access regularly updated reports that provide information on impressions, click-throughs, finished test drives, completed sign ups, and commissions earned.
9: How can I help convert my leads into sales to maximize my commission?
With our free test drives, your leads see exactly what they’ll get when they become an actual customer. Over time, we have learned that our test drives dramatically improve the chance of converting a lead to a sale. Our team of over 30 sales and customer service representatives actively contact all test drivers to help answer questions about our products and services. You will receive commissions on sales that are actively closed by iHOUSE staff. Also, our affiliates team will help you get started with suggestions on how best to promote our products on your website.
Commission are paid on the 20th of the calendar month for finalized transactions recorded for the prior month. You'll be paid when your entire Commission Junction balance is over the $25 minimum balance due for payment. You will receive a check, or if you reside in the U.S., you can select direct deposit.
11: What if the customer cancels?
If your customer cancels the iHOUSE product within up to 70 days from when they signed up, or if fraud is detected, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, you will not receive a commission for that transaction.
