Are you happy with your iHOUSE® service? Tell a friend! Just like your business, ours thrives on referrals, and we want to reward you for those customers you send our way. iHOUSE Web Solutions currently offers a Refer-A-Friend program with iHOUSE real estate websites, IDXPro® MLS search solution, and ConnecTel® real estate hotlines.
How does iHOUSE Refer-A-Friend work?
For every qualified referral that signs up for either an iHOUSE Website or IDXPro MLS Search, you will receive a free Thank You Reward – either a $40 account credit or gift card to your preferred retailer. Your friend will also receive a $40 credit to their new account as well!
For every qualified referral that signs up for a ConnecTel real estate hotline, you will receive a free Thank You Reward – either a $30 account credit or a gift card to your preferred retailer. Your friend will also receive a $30 credit to their account as well.
To get started
- Click on the Refer-A-Friend button from your Admin Menu, or login here.
- Select which product you wish to refer: iHOUSE Websites, IDXPro MLS Search, or ConnecTel Real Estate Hotlines.
- Enter your friend’s contact information.
- Select your preferred Thank You Reward (see below).
- Your message will be emailed to your friend with a link to sign up for a FREE test drive of the product you suggested.
- If your friend becomes a customer and states that you referred them, you will receive Thank You Reward and they will receive a $30 or $40 credit (depending on the product referred) within 30 days of their purchase – Everyone WINS!
What are the rewards?
As the referring customer, you will have the choice of one of the following options in return for each referral that signs up for the referred service:
For an iHOUSE Real Estate Website or IDXPro MLS Search Solution Referral:
- A $40 Credit to Your Account
- A $40 Target GiftCard
- A $40 gift card to the Home Depot®
For a ConnecTel Real Estate Hotline Referral:
- A $30 Credit to Your Account
- A $30 Target GiftCard
- A $30 gift card to the Home Depot®
Don’t forget!
In addition to your reward, your referred “Friend” will receive a $30 or $40 credit to their brand new account (credit amount depending on product referred). Your award of choice will be received within one month of the referral sign up (with the exception of credits waiting to be applied to an account on an annual billing cycle).
To earn a Refer-A-Friend Thank You Reward, the referred customer must successfully and completely sign up for the referred service and provide a valid credit card to initiate that service. There is no pre-defined limit to the number of referrals per customer. (So refer all your colleagues!) Each qualified referral will receive the same options for Thank You rewards. In order for the Thank You Rewards to be issued, a referral form must be completed prior to the new referred customers sign up for the service.
If a referral is successfully completed, and there is no documentation of the referring customers’ reward preference or if the referring customer does not verify the accuracy of the mailing address iHOUSE has on file, iHOUSE Web Solutions will apply the credit to their account by default.
