Even when she was a new agent, Sandra Patti was no stranger to the real estate industry. Her father was a builder in the New York area and Sandra relocated to New Jersey when her husband’s job was transferred there. After holding administrative jobs in two real estate offices, she became a licensed real estate agent and has been practicing for the past eight years. Having grown up on Long Island, Sandra found the rural area of Central New Jersey to be the perfect place to raise her family. As her children grew up in Hillsborough, she was an active member of the central New Jersey community – participating in her son’s school activities, sports, music and church programs. Being so involved with this community for 25 years has given Sandra an advantage as many of her leads view her as a major resource in their area. With two now grown-up sons, Sandra has found her passion for real estate and matching families with their dream home.
While working for a top producer, Sandra sold 20 houses in one year! Early on she realized the value of having a personal website to promote her business. Sandra said, “At the time the Internet was such a nebulous, unfathomable space…” It took her nearly 3 years to find the right website for her business. In what seems like slow times for real estate agents, Sandra notes she is, “busier than ever and hasn’t yet felt the pinch.” In part, she attributes this to a highly ranked, information-rich website and her constant “on the go” attitude. She continues to use technology to push her business, while being constantly proactive about how to meet the needs of her market. She says having a determined and tenacious attitude are musts, paired with a genuine interest for your clients’ needs.
Sandra loves what she does, and has found that working as a REALTOR® has allowed her the freedom to define her own schedule and do many of the things she enjoys including shopping, spending time with loved ones, tennis, bike riding and traveling. Even in her personal time, Sandra stays routed in her career, enjoying the Home and Garden channel, which provides her with new ideas for her home staging efforts.
