iHOUSE MarketReach is a real estate e-mail marketing program designed for real estate professionals to automate the creation and administration of Internet marketing campaigns while managing all their contacts in a comprehensive database. It helps you generate awareness and drive demand for your services and offerings. It is also ideal as a “stay-in-touch” tool, targeting past clients for customer loyalty and referrals.

It’s so simple! You can easily import your contacts from your computer or another program and start sending campaigns, eCards or flyers right away! There are no complicated software downloads required!

3: What is the iHOUSE Agent Directory database?

The iHOUSE Agent Directory allows you to send property flyer emails to a subset of our database of thousands of U.S. Real Estate agents (not just iHOUSE® web site customers). Organized by geography, this massive database is only offered as a resource to our MarketReach customers. Send property flyers to up to 500 agents in our directory per month for free! If you wish to send your flyers to more contacts selected from our iHOUSE Agent Directory, we will only charge $0.03 per email beyond the first 500.

6: Can I import contacts from my email program or from other sources such as a trade show?

Absolutely, there is a simple wizard that you can run from the application that will pull contacts from external sources. We have automated the contact import process from a few popular email programs such as Microsoft Outlook & Outlook Express, Yahoo! Mail, Advanced Access Intellicards™, iHOUSE and CSV (Comma Separated Value). If you have any questions about importing email contacts, please contact our customer service team who are ready to help 7 days a week.

7: Can I export contacts for traditional offline campaigns?

Yes, any contacts you have stored in your iHOUSE MarketReach database can be exported to another application for offline use.

8: When I add a new contact, can I add them to a campaign right away?

Absolutely, when a new contact is added in the system, you’ll have the option to add them to an existing contact list, or to add them individually as a recipient to an existing campaign. You can also create customized or pre-designed campaigns to send directly to individuals or a new contact list.

9: How can I tell what campaign has gone to which contact?

Each campaign will have a history page where you can view who has received it and when. You can also track the emails that have been sent to each contact by viewing the contact history.

10: Can I have MarketReach even without an iHOUSE® website?

Absolutely. While MarketReach was designed with our own iHOUSE customers in mind, it can be used as a standalone program, independent of your existing website, with all the same effective tools and features. The new leads that MarketReach will generate, along with the time and money saved by replacing some of your marketing efforts, will more than compensate for the small monthly fee.
