William is the founder of iHOUSEweb and, through his experience operating his own real estate and mortgage brokerage businesses, has created several businesses supporting the real estate industry under the iHOUSEweb, Inc. umbrella. These businesses all share a focus on leveraging technology to keep up with the needs of REALTORS®. William studied engineering at University of California, Berkeley.
A co-founder of iHOUSEweb, Eric serves as the lead technical architect for all products. In the early days of the internet, Eric built web-based research tools for the University of California. He teamed up with William in 1999 to create iHOUSEweb. Eric studied computer science and engineering at the University of California, Davis.
Paul joined iHOUSEweb, Inc. in 2005. Previously, he was a partner at Bain & Company, an international strategy consulting firm, where he was a co-founder of the private equity group. Earlier in his career he worked at McKinsey & Company, in Hong Kong, helping multi-nationals develop growth strategies in the region. Paul has a BA, MA from Oxford University and an MBA from Stanford University.
Benjamin serves as the CTO for iHOUSEweb. He has 13 years of software engineering and IT experience. He is responsible for all technical aspects of product development and support. In his career, both at iHOUSEweb and before, he has worked on all stages of the product lifecycle and in IT. Benjamin has a degree in Enterprise Application Development.
Chris manages our IT Department and is directly responsible for ensuring all iHOUSEweb applications are fully functional and reliable. Chris is an Internationally Certified Facilities Manager with over 24 years of experience managing all aspects of facilities, projects, engineering, and multi-site operations. His expertise is in infrastructure, security, project management, and business continuity.
Scott manages all of the iHOUSEweb Sales activities. He received a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Prior to joining iHOUSEweb, Scott worked for several years in sales as a Senior Loan Officer in the financial services industry and for five years as a Title/Escrow Officer.
Henry oversees all aspects of Customer Support at the company. Prior to joining iHOUSEweb in 2005, Henry worked in sales and tech support at Gefen, LLC. His objective is to ensure quality and timely service to all our clients. Henry studied Sociology at University of California, Davis.
Stephen serves as both Product Manager and Creative Director. He's been working as a web designer and developer since 1998 when his roommate snuck him in the back door of a local web design company. Stephen has a BS in Applied Art & Design from California Polytechnic State University.
