Release Notes – 2014.11.06

 November 11, 2014

New Features

  • The “Sold” graphic now shows up for “closed” status listings in the MLS Search, both for desktop and for the Mobile version. (The agent admin setting must be set to show the Sold graphic for closed listings)

  • Page and Saved Search names can now both be up to 80 characters long, up from 60 and 40 respectively.

  • The listing update process (but NOT syndication) will now be run for test drive accounts.

  • It is now possible to add a .realtor (or other vanity TLD) domain name to a classic website. Note that Elite websites already support this. In all cases this is only possible when registering your domain through a third party registrar like GoDaddy. We do not yet support registering these new TLD’s.

Bug Fixes

  • A case existed where certain testdrive accounts were unable to login via the link from the marketing website.  This has been fixed.

  • Some logos and photos weren’t being properly displayed in Housetrack emails.  This has been fixed.

  • If a featured listing was saved by an enduser and then removed by the agent, trying to view the details of that enduser in the client directory would throw a 500 error.  This has been fixed.

  • Embeddable widgets should be limited to IDX enabled packages, but could be accessed by URL editing.  This has been fixed.

  • The email editing interface could be accessed via URL hacking while on a testdrive. This has been fixed.

  • In certain circumstances, child accounts would fail to build properly due to recent changes to URL protocols.  This has been fixed.

  • A subset of HouseTrack summary emails were not being sent because of bad logic. Fixed. e-released 10/22

  • Office lead assignment problem with some email notifications not being sent. Fixed. e-released 11/3

  • IDXPro “Modify Search” was not remembering one of the search parameters. Elite websites were already working correctly. Fixed. e-released 11/4

  • Round-robin lead assignment. UI improvement: changed the Agent Directory edit screen so that round-robin assignment can be turned on from there, if they haven’t done so already.

  • In certain cases, saved searches do not include sorting information. This was causing unexpected ordering in homepage widgets. For this case we now use the agent’s default sort from Admin Settings.

  • Drip Emails – The {AgentWebsite} macro was producing HTML code instead of just the agent’s website. Fixed.

  • Template T029 (Autumn): Adjusted nav links to remove a 1px gap.

  • Outdated notes and warnings in the email editing system have been removed.

  • Formatting of navigation links was made more consistent in the advanced domain settings screen.

  • Various places around the application were updated with our new address.

Help Center Changes

  • Eliminated the old WordPress version of the Help Center. All articles have been moved to the new FreshDesk knowledge base which integrates tightly with our Customer Support ticketing system.
