The Account section of your website is where you can manage the Profile, Package, and Billing of your account. Office packages will see additional Account features to manage Agents, Groups, and Websites. Since the Profile section is used to showcase your public facing Photo and Contact info, changing these is a breeze and ensures consistency throughout if an update is needed.

Your Profile contains information on you and/or your corporate branding that is used in various contexts throughout your website, such as your name, username and email, profile photo, and signature.

Your Package screen allows you to view or edit your account details and contact information. Note that this information only controls your iHOUSEweb Account Information which is used by our Billing and Customer Service departments. This information does NOT affect the contact information displayed on your website.

The Billing screen displays your credit card information, billing address, a complete-history billing statement, and a breakdown of what you are currently paying for.

For Team Pro and Office Pro packages the Agents screen allows you to create and manage agent profiles for every agent in your office, including yourself. These profiles can be displayed on your agent roster page and on any listings that belong to your agents.

For Team Pro and Office Pro packages the Groups page allows you to create and update groups of agents for display purposes.

For Team Pro and Office Pro packages with Agent Websites your Websites screen allows you to, as the owner of an Office Website, set up additional websites for the agents that belong to your office. If you are not the owner of the website you must have the owner approve additional websites before they can be created.
