Release Notes – 2020.01.02

January 2, 2020

Updates

  • Updated Terms of Service
We’ve revised our Terms of Service (TOS) and updated the UI where customers accept our TOS. Customers have to accept the terms when logging in before they can do anything else. TOS is now accepted per USER rather than per ACCOUNT. There is also an extra checkbox where there is an explicit consent to being sent SMS messages.
  • Accessibility / ADA Compliance
We’ve been working on making our websites more accessible to disabled individuals. Several items in the last few releases (and the next few) are targeted at this objective.
  • Search Agent Profiles
Account administrators will now be able to search and delete eligible agent profiles from the profile edit screen.
  • Blog Post formatting
Minor styling changes in the blog, including the removal of the width constraint.
  • De-Duplicate contacts
The queue worker for synchronization jobs now uses a timeout with a longer retry time to prevent more than one worker from processing the same job.

Bug Fixes

  • Listings with only partial baths not showing bath data
Properly display all types of partial baths for featured listings on legacy templates.
  • Opt-in form input always unsubscribes
    Minor fix to subscribed flag.
  • TL campaign not sending
Added more detailed Mailchimp campaign error logging.
  • Icomoon console errors
CSS path references to the icomoon files were intended to be relative to the customer website root, but instead were relative to the g cloud storage root which was the wrong location. We’ve moved the icomoon files into cloud storage where our cloud-compiled CSS could reach them without knowledge of the customer’s root domain
  • Broken React Context – Buyer / Seller Info Page
Legacy article content (“Buyer/Seller Info”) now renders as a full react page.
  • New Blog AMP error
The problem that required comments to be turned on before blog post AMP pages rendered correctly has been fixed. I will be making a new ticket w/regard to the comments themselves not working correctly under AMP.
  • Missing Banner/ Admin menu bar
    Recompiled styles for broken account.
  • Bad pages section help link
    Updated a broken help link.
  • Blog Page shows 5 per page
The blog posts editing interface will no longer use a deprecated “posts per page” setting to limit the posts displayed in the editing list.
  • Unable to add listing alias
Updated the Listing Manager to handle older accounts like this. Short term, we can fix this by adding a User for any missing agents, or manually updating the database with an email address.
  • “Oops” error in TL contacts
Fixed issues with displaying certain types of saved searches on TurboLeads contact details.
