With the new ConnecTel toll-free hotline, real estate agents and brokers can provide recorded information on all property listings, each with its own phone extension number. Agents are instantly alerted to incoming calls in multiple ways, and caller phone numbers are always captured.

A unique phone extension on each property sign and ad also serves as a backup or alternative to traditional flyers in signage boxes. “If a drive-by prospect takes a flyer,” continues Sheng, “the agent has no way to capture the prospect’s contact information.
