This month’s Customer Close-Up features Stephanie Webb and her website www.nmhomesandproperty.com.
Stephanie Webb has been in the real estate industry since 1998 and her husband JD has recently joined her. Stephanie moved her way up, after initially being exposed to the real estate business as a clerical assistant. Before starting her own business, she was a buyer’s agent focusing on marketing and technical support. “I looked at my husband and said, ‘This would be good for both of us.’ I brought him into it as something that we could do together and enjoy.” Stephanie and her husband also do treatment foster care and have 3 children. Of their foster family, Stephanie says, “It’s healing to the soul to be able to help a child. We’ve been able to do foster care primarily because of our careers in real estate.”
