Release Notes – 2015.10.15

 October 15, 2015

New Features/Updates

  • Refer a Friend Changes

    • The credit is now applied immediately to the referring account upon receiving initial payment from the referred account (instead of after 3 months)
    • The credit is for 1 month of service (up to a maximum credit of $100 per referral).

Bug Fixes

  • New compliance flag for photo count indicator obscuring watermark
For MLSs that put their watermark logo on the lower left of the photo, there can be a compliance issue with the photo count indicator sitting on top of the logo and obscuring it. For this case we hide the photo count indicator.

  • Canonical tags for featured listing details
Canonical tags have been modified for featured listing details pages to help reduce the chance of search engines reporting duplicate content warnings.

  • Modify Housetrack extend expiration
Turning housetrack email notifications back on for older saved searches was setting the new expiration date to be in the past. Extension is now fixed to always choose an appropriate future expiration date.

  • Prevent erroneous domain reminder message
Fixed an issue where customer banner slideshows weren’t showing up.

  • Only load the requested number of open houses for widget
The open house widget was attempting to load all open houses rather than the requested number, which caused bad performance or flat out 500 errors for customers with large numbers of open houses.

  • Pull open houses from child accounts when sharing listings
Office accounts will now show open houses from their child accounts when configured to share listings.

  • Assist2Sell hide MLS#
The check for A2S when deciding to display the MLS# didn’t make it through the new responsive templates. This has been fixed.

  • Better Error Reporting for Domain Problems
This was actually a problem in the error messaging. There was a timeout with ENOM, resulting in the error message. The domain was put on hold, though it had actually been registered. I have updated the messaging to more clearly indicate the problem. The domain in question for this ticket is no longer on hold.

  • Area Search in Collier County
Tracked down a data problem in one of the MLS tables (this account had 4 mls’s). Searches working correctly now.
