New Features

  • New URL Structure for Listing Detail Pages
Listing details pages now use a new URL pattern that includes the listing address, making them more user friendly. Unlike the URLs for other site pages, you cannot customize these. Here are some examples of formatting:For MLS listings:
    /-/listing/CA-SACMLS/123456/123-Main-St-Paradise-CA-95967

    For featured listings:
    /-/listing/654321/123-Main-St-Paradise-CA-95967

When the street address is missing or is not allowed to be displayed:
    /-/listing/CA-SACMLS/123456/Paradise-CA-95967

  • Manually Registering Clients
You can now register new clients as website users (and opt them in to your email marketing list) when manually adding them through your LeadTracker area. For the Office Package, you can also assign them as a lead to one of your agents at this time.
  • New Template: Ultramodern: 2 New Colors
By popular demand we’ve released two new color variations of our newest template series: Ultramodern Chrome and Ultramodern Estate. Both of them use a neutral gray accent color. One has a black header, and the other a white header.

Bug fixes

  • Registration Page: Search Results Messaging
Fix for the registration page messaging – when registration is forced always on and the website visitor tries to see search results, it says how many results it found (and that you can see by registering). The customer claims he has seen fewer leads convert since this feature broke.
  • Open in New Window Not Working on Mobile
Navigation links set to “open in a new window” were getting treated as popups and blocked by the mobile browsers. Now, on mobile devices, all navigation links are opened in the same window even if set to open in a new window.
  • IDXPro: Client Details
In the latest release, a database table shared between IDXPro and Elite was changed slightly, and an IDXPro view didn’t recognize the new column name. e-released 7/22.
  • LeadTracker: Setup HouseTrack for Client
The previous release introduced a quicker way to create saved searches (and HouseTrack email notifications) on behalf of a client from the LeadTracker. Since most of the time the intention is to sign up the client for HouseTrack, the checkbox to enable Housetrack is now “checked” by default. e-released 7/22.
  • Client Registration
For Office Package websites, there was a case where an “unregistered” lead assigned to one of your agents that later attempted to register on the website and not be able to. e-released 7/26.
  • Agent Websites: Default Blog Posts
For Office Packages, when upgrading an individual agent website to have IDX, the default set of blog posts is now updated, since the content of those posts talks about how to use the IDX search functionality of the site.
  • HouseTrack Emails Expiring Too Soon
The HouseTrack expiration date wasn’t being set during the saved search creation process. New saved searches were being expired the same moment they were saved.
  • Add Blog Posts to Sitemap
Sitemaps now include published blog posts.
  • Unable to Add Domains to Agent Sites
Customer service representatives were having issues adding domain names to individual agent websites when switching between accounts.
  • New Testdrive Websites Missing Pretty URLs
Pretty URLS are now automatically generated during the Testdrive creation process as well as during the process of creating saved search tables from the control panel.
  • Broken Link on Mailchimp Listing Flyer
There was a broken link in one of the Listing Flyer email templates.
