Release Notes – 2017.02.09

 February 9, 2017

New Features

  • Default Content: Email us links
“Email” type links in new auto-generated widgets now open a modal contact form instead of the previous “mailto:” email link behavior.
  • LeadTracker HouseTrack share links
Added a “share” option for saved searches created in the LeadTracker interface. After an agent saves a search on behalf of a client via the LeadTracker interface, they can use the “share” option to send the client a direct link to the saved search .
  • Featured listings page – rule for lot size
Featured listing pages can now be filtered by Lot Size using the same selection criteria that is available on the Advanced search page ( > .25 acre, > .5 acre, > 1 acre, >2 acres, etc.)

Bug Fixes

  • Sold price problems
Fixed several problems with sold prices for sold listings.
Failures to update sold price, incorrect sold price values (multiplied by 100), and inconsistent sold price display rules for widgets and various pages have all been resolved.
  • Cannot update status on mobile
Attempts to edit clients in the mobile LeadTracker interface resulted in a client creation error. This has been fixed.
  • Sold listings not showing on agent bio pages
The Agent Profile page defaults to showing Active listings only. Added checkboxes to the Agent Directory Profile edit page to allow inclusion of Pending and Sold/Closed.
  • Office test drive formatting
The data template name was not getting set correctly when the package changed from Agent to Office during the Testdrive setup. This is now fixed. In addition, text in the “Featurette Table” for office accounts included “Contact Me” instead of “Contact Us”. This is also fixed.
  • Remove IDX checklist item when downgrading to Express
When an account was downgraded to Express before completing IDX paperwork, they would be forever nagged to do so with no possible recourse. This is fixed.
  • “View all” link for saved search edit page
Added a “view all” link to the omnibox on the saved search editing page, similar to the one on the Quick Search widget.
