New Features

  • Featured Listings can be sorted to show actives first
Now that featured listings pages include sold and pending listings, Sold listings were appearing before active listings when featured listings were sorted by listing date. In many cases this was undesireable, so we have added a new option to sort featured listings by status before sorting by the chosen sort parameter defined on the page itself. This new sort option is controlled in the administrator menu under Settings > Listing Display.

Updates / Bug Fixes

  • Sold Listing prices in Texas
Texas doesn’t allow the display of the sold price for listings so we have hidden sold prices for all Texas listings.
  • Agents can edit Housetrack settings for clients
Agents are now able to edit HouseTrack email settings on behalf of clients via the LeadTracker interface.
  • “New Search” pre-fill bug
Fixed a bug that caused a “new search” to be pre-filled with parameters from the previous search.
  • Featured Listing price filters broken
If you enter only a single price in a price filter (min with no max or vice versa) on a featured listings page, the filter did not work correctly. This has been fixed.
  • Editing Listings: Mark Listing as Closed
When editing the display status of an inactive listing, the “Display Status” menu had a graphics problem (missing background) causing overlapping text . This has been fixed.
  • Edit Mode Error Message
While in edit mode, some templates had an error message at the top of the screen. This was caused by work in progress on a new styling engine. The affected templates were fixed.
