New Features

  • Featured Listing Customizations affect IDX Search Results
A step towards bringing Featured Listings and IDX Search listings closer together – any customizations an agent makes to one of their Featured Listings will also be reflected for the same listing when it is displayed in IDX search results. This includes custom listing photos, lat/long coordinate corrections, YouTube videos, etc.
  • Shortcut for creating saved search pages
When saving a search that was performed on the front end of a website, logged-in agents now have a checkbox option to “Create Saved Search Page” for this search. This shortcut option has always been available to our support staff, but is now available to agents as well.
  • Copy Website Option: Office to Agent
Customer Support Representatives can now copy all of the site content from a main office website to a new agent website. Previously we could only copy content from an agent site to another agent site.

Updates / Bug Fixes

  • Search restrictions by property type bug
Property type restrictions were not being honored if the “any” property type was chosen by the searcher. This is now fixed.
  • Consistent sorting across pages
We updated the system to use a common source for listing sort parameters, and to try to always use the “global” default from the account settings for the default value. This is across Agent Profile pages, Listing Searches, and Featured Listings as well.
  • Rental listing special semantics
“Rented” listings had their prices prefixed with “Sold for” instead of the more appropriate “Rented for” prefix. We have fixed this.
  • Custom Forms ignoring custom Meta Title
Custom forms were using their own logic to determine the page title, ignoring the user defined value. This is fixed.
  • Coop listings not showing up on Classic website
Some listings from VA-MRIS had a property type of “Coop” which was not recognized by the system. This has been fixed.
  • Modify Search doesn’t remember parameters
A recent change broke the “modify search” option, causing the search form to discard all parameters from the previous search. This has been fixed.
  • Price Hidden on Listing Details page
When the “Hide Sold Prices on Featured Listings” option was enabled, a logic error caused that setting to affect prices on all featured listing details pages. This is fixed.
  • Navigation Link ellipses bug
When creating a new navigation link, three dots were always added to the end of the string. Changed logic to only add three dots when the string needs to be truncated (when the original is > 20 chars long).
  • Blog Post Preview Showing Garbled Text
The snippet of text displayed as the blog post preview was showing source code rather than readable text. This has been fixed.
  • Agent Profile Pages in Sitemap
The Sitemap that is submitted to search engines was modified to include Agent Profile Pages when they are enabled on office sites.
  • Broken Link in Auto Generated Blog Post
The link for “Free Market Analysis” was broken in one of the automatically generated blog posts for new accounts. This link was fixed across all accounts.
  • Quick Search Property Type Bug
On pages with multiple Quick Search forms, if you clicked on a property type description instead of the checkbox, it would not work and would jump to the bottom of the page. This has been fixed.
  • Editing Bug for Saved Search Pages
The editing toolbar in the Edit Saved Search Page interface was intermittently not displaying the images for buttons. This has been fixed.
