New Features

• TurboLeads: Custom Email/Phone Labels
  You could already save multiple emails and phone numbers for a lead, designating different types for them like “Mobile”, “Work”, or “Home”. Now you can create your own custom labels too – for example: “Bob’s Cell”, “Melissa’s Phone”, “Family Email” etc. This is especially useful when working with a couple – you want to treat them as a single lead, but at the same time keep straight who it is you’re contacting.
• Navigation Menus: Folders
  You can now create a nav menu “folder” that is not clickable – it just contains other links. Go to the Navigation tab in Edit Mode, and click on Add Navigation Link, then choose the Folder option. Fill in the name for your Folder and choose OK.

Updates / Bug Fixes

• Bathroom Display Changes
  The “slash” version of bathroom display (3/2) has been deprecated. The setting will still be honored (for now), but the choice will no longer be available from the Admin Menu: Settings: Listing Display page. If an agent with that setting hits “Save” on that page, he/she will be switched to the “verbose” version (3 full, 2 partial baths).
  In addition, the decimal display – e.g. “2.5 baths” becomes non-sensible when there are multiple partial bathrooms on a listing. For example 2 full and 2 half baths might get translated to 3.0. To avoid this, any time there are multiple partial bathrooms present, the “verbose” display (2 full, 2 partial baths), will be used, regardless of what formatting option has been selected.
• “Sold for” appearing on rental listing
  On the Featured Listings Carousel (and Grid), rentals had the correct banner on the thumbnail, but the text said “Sold for” instead of “Rented for”. This has been fixed 4/7.
• Removed the word “client” from registration/login/user management screens
  In some states, there could be legal implications from using the word client on public facing screens, and so we’ve reworked the page titles to remove it.
• TurboLeads: Reset Password – label click not focusing input
  On the Reset Password page, clicking the labels (shown as the input value) should put the focus on the input and make the label shrink/move up and out of the way leaving space to type. This has been fixed.
• Photo Display
  Listings with custom uploaded images didn’t properly use those images in all cases. This has been fixed.
• Billing startup surcharge
  Bug in billing system, Startup Surcharge was not being correctly added to accounts when creating charges. Fixed, production 4/13.
• Notify agent of lead assignment
  When an agent is assigned a lead via the “Are you working with one of our agents” dropdown on the registration form, that agent was not notified of the assignment. This has been fixed.
• Synchronize agent record email to client record forward email
  The IHC client record keeps two email addresses for customers where the agent record only keeps one. When synchronizing changes to the agent record email value, we should update both fields on the IHC client record.
• Fix the edit link for quick search bar
  The edit link on the quick search bar was broken in the “Edit Homepage” widget ordering view. This has been fixed.
