Release Notes – 2018.10.11

 October 11, 2018

Updates

  • Blog Post Scheduling / FB auto-posting
We’ve standardized the Blog post scheduling for the “Buyer/Seller” type default content so that a handful for posts start as published at the time of website creation, then the other articles are scheduled for future publishing on a weekly interval.
We’ve also put in a protection for the auto-posting of these blog posts to Facebook. We only allow it if the website has a primary domain name attached.
  • More Personalized Logging
Not too long ago we rolled out the ability for accounts to have multiple admins. While generally a good thing, sometimes an admin will get confused when another admin makes a change. We’re updating our logging to show the name of the admin user that performed various actions instead of the more generic “customer” label we had been using.
  • Express Accounts all have TurboLeads
We’ve gone ahead and migrated all Express accounts to TurboLeads. Historically, this package tier did not have access to a CRM. The main objective for this move was for ease of maintenance. It allows us to clean up old code and ensure consistent data structures.
  • Email Verification Improvements
Email and phone verification tokens will now expire after 24 hours rather than 30 minutes. Additionally, customer service agents can now see email verified status for account owners.
  • More Time Zone options
Added functionality for non DST timezones and Mountain Time (No DST).
  • Rebuilt Android version of TurboLeads app
The Android client for TurboLeads has been updated to support newer SDK versions.
  • More Details in Listing Manager
MLS IDs and agent/office codes are now viewable in the listing agent names interface by mouse hovering over the agent/office name.
  • Child account signature in HTML format
CKEditor works for signatures on agent profile pages.

Bug Fixes

  • Request for More info submission not showing listing address
Request more info form always has address and mls number when available.
  • Manually re-post blog to Facebook
Added a new link to repost a blog to facebook if it failed in the admin menu. Automate publish blog posts clears any blogs that failed to publish of their “Posted on Facebook” flag.
  • Resource links to blog posts broken
“Automate Publish Blog Posts” in control panel adds any missing blog tags to avoid errors on blog searches by tag.
  • Oops error in TL
Certain circumstances could prevent the form auto response rules settings page in TurboLeads from loading properly. This has been fixed.
  • Confusing Blog Registration Settings
Improved the text presenting blog registration settings.
